# Errors with dns.log

Hello, I am unable to start Zeek due to a problem with the script which generates the _dns.log_, and I would like to know if there is anything in the _main.zeek_ file which may be causing this error. [Text contained in the main.zeek file for dns.log](https://ctxt.io/2/AACo9lB5Fg).

I am using zeek 6.0.3, installed from source, in Ubuntu 22.04.

The following image contains the errors received.

This looks like something in your Zeek installation got messed up. The first step to fix this is probably to reinstall Zeek.
