Spicy (formerly known as BinPAC++) is a next-generation parser
generator that makes it easy to build parsers for network protocols,
file formats, and more. It comes with a Bro interface, and is
currently in prototype state. See [HILTI and Spicy](http://www.icir.org/hilti) for more.
