I have read the Bro manual regarding BrooeryGUI, however I find no way to download it, is it not available for download because I want to try it.

Hi -- sorry but the GUI is not currently publically available, largely
due to the fact that we're lacking cycles to maintain it.
If you can live without Bro but want to go graphical, I suggest checking
out sguil: http://sguil.sourceforge.net/
