Agree with James.
The change to local.zeek when inoperability was mentioned in April 1st was disastrous as it broke a ton of things for us.
Notification of major changes to protocol analyzers that require full detection rewrites would be nice, as well.

git. Mind elaborating what issues you encountered?

Negative.
Pulled from Master.
Something along the lines of “Can’t find local.zeek”. Copied local.bro, but couldn’t load any scripts or folders with load.bro.
Rolled back to any earlier version and moved on.
A bug was reported by another party and I believe was recently merged.
If I have time, I’ll get more info.
