Is the point of this directory to just preserve the old policy scripts
for purposes of documentation, or is it to provide users with something
that works in the former style?
It's missing the old bro.init, BTW.

I've been using it as an easy way to pull code from the old scripts. My plan was to get rid of it before the release.
