zeek 4.0.3 'configure' error (building a plugin)

Hello.
I recently upgraded from zeek-4.0.0-rc3 to zeek-4.0.3.

While recompiling a protocol plugin, I ran into an error
using the ./configure command. I don’t think that
this error occurred before, under the zeek-4.0.0.rc3 version.
