This is a rename of the topic/seth/scripts-for-2.1 branch which never was merged into 2.1 and was really only the packet filter framework. The analyzer framework and the packet filter framework will be benefitted from being developed together so I'm going to do both in this branch.
For the record, we'll be gaining an analyzers framework, but the dpd framework will merge into the analyzer framework so it should be break even in terms of number of frameworks (at the moment i have a "protocols" framework in this branch but it will merge into the analyzer framework too).
