How to add host name in dhcp.log any samples there ?

Unfortunately this isn't terribly straightforward due to how DHCP works (broadcast requests and unicast replies). I am working on a local branch that adds this feature and makes it possible to extend the DHCP log with other information too.
This should make it into 2.6
