running setseparator.bro fails

I’ve copied

Into my pwd and trying to run it. I’m getting the error unrecognized character - @ when it gets to line 5.

What am I doing wrong?

That file isn't meant to be run directly as a Bro script, if you want
to do that then you'll need to first extract the part between
"@TEST-START-FILE" and "@TEST-END-FILE" and save it as file "input.log".
Then delete those lines (including lines starting with @TEST) in the setseparator.bro file.
