Last week, the Zeek community gathered at the David Brower Center in Berkeley, California for two days of talks, trainings, and conversations about all things Zeek. After an energetic workshop at CERN back in March, we were very excited to see people show up again to learn what others are doing with Zeek and to share their own use cases as well.

Speakers included Zeek Leadership and core maintainers as well as community members from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, the National Center for Supercomputing Applications, and Corelight.
While our team spends most of the year connecting with the community on Slack, answering questions on our forum, or collaborating on GitHub, the time spent together in-person is unmatched and we want to give a huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped to make the event a success.
For those who weren’t able to join us in Berkeley, you can watch the recorded talks here!
We’re already looking ahead to CERN 2027 and Berkeley 2027. If you want to be first in line for updates and workshop news, leave us your email.
